  1. Don’t Just Sit & Listen - Next time you hear someone say something that you know is wrong (like a racist/sexist joke) say something. Tell them how stupid/ignorant you now think they are and how un-cool they are to make fun of others (or at others expense)
  2. Don’t Wait To Be Asked - If you can see someone needs help, offer it to them, even if they don’t want your help, it is appreciated by those that do, especially the ones that see that asking for help is a weakness, by offering it they don’t feel as bad/ashamed.
  3. Give Up Your Seat- Disabled, Elderly, Pregnant and Children should all get priority seating on transport, regardless of who was their first. Besides last time i checked teens could stand well without support and no longer referred to themselves as children.
  4. Watch Out For Little Ears & Eyes - When your around young ones (even strangers in the street), watch what you say or do, as you may not realise but they do look up to elders like yourself and they will repeat/copy you. (that includes crossing the road correctly!)
  5. Let Your Younger Sibling Take Charge For Once - Let them be the boss for the day, let them pick the film to watch, and let them choose what THEY want to do that day, and don’t complain when its a childish film or activity.
  6. Help Those Less Fortunate- If you see a homeless person and you can spare some change, let them have it, if you can’t don’t be rude or degrading to them, remember you want respect you’ll have to earn it. Or if you don’t wanna give them money that they may spend on drink, why not buy them a sandwich or hot drink?
