Post: Commenting Chaos
The trouble with blogging. I’m not sure where to report this, but some guy at hmovies@gmail.com (I suspect hmovies stands for hentai movies, a type of pornographic anime) has been giving me links to pornographics teen site in the comments block. I can handle this sort of thing, because I’ve done family life etc., but I’d like My CYC to absolutely block him if possible, because a). It’s gross and b). some kids here are in like sixth or seventh grade, and if they come in contact with that sort of disgusting crap…
Excuse my language, but I’m really pissed right now. This is just disgusting. I don’t even know why this guy is bugging me. It’s like on Degrassi: The Next Generation, except I’m fifteen.
Any way, thanks to comments I now know how to make these: ♥ ♥ ♥ and I know what the CYC in My CYC stands for. So don’t eliminate commenting.
Luv ya (not hmovies, though)

hi, sorry about the dodgy comments you recieve, that is one reason why i stress so much about people posting personal information on their blogs. The comments you recieve are what is known as comment spam (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spam_in_blogs). I plan on writing an article about this soon, in the mean time i would make sure that comment moderation is turned on within your options. Also within your opens (under discussion i think) there is a comments blacklist too. Also unfortunatly the comment blacklist is run on a per blog basis, so me blocking them would not stop them from commenting on your blog etc. However what i could do is do my own comment blacklist, that users can copy and paste into their options page.
