My Review

This is Will Smith at his best, and is by far one of the best films of 2007.

I saw the trailer and just had to watch it, and i am so glad that i did, it was amazing!

The thing that makes this film so good is the fact that what happens in the film, could also happen in real life, would it really be hard to wipe ourselves out with a virus? Could well only take a dirty-bomb or an accident at a science lab for something like that too happen.

3 years after the fatal blow to mankind, Robert Neville (Will Smith), dedicates his life to finding a cure to the virus, and with his own lab still secure he has everything he needs, except for the cure of course.

The funny part of this film is when he starts talking to mannequins, he places in various places and talks to them on his daily rounds. Apart from the mannequins, the only company that he has is his pet dog Samantha. Oh and the zombified, virus-ridden, humans.

This film is guaranteed to get your emotions alerted, you will laugh, cry, get scared and feel relief, and all this is thanks to a good script and wonderful acting.

My overall rating would have to be a 9/10.
