Post: i need some advice…ino skye mite understand?
hey everyone hope ur all well,i no i havent written much but ive had exams! a levels r so hard!
but im back n im going to write regually! well i usually get on more with guys then i do with girls plainly cuz im the sporty type but im still a girly girl too but the fact i no alot about sports make the boys like me (not sexually) jus as a friend but this makes girls hate me but it doesnt bother me the problem lies when they start asking me out and then i lose them as friends….one boy who happens to be very close to me has just asked me out and i reli dont want him to go all funny with me cuz i said no….what shall i do? please help?

pretending that you have feelings for him would do a lot more damage in the long run than saying your not interested would.

I’m flattered you think I can help you, so here’s my two cents. I agree with DJ Theropy about telling him the truth, but since you already have, I think you should say that he’s a nice guy (even if he isn’t really) and you’re just not looking for a relationship right now, and you hope you guys can stay friends.
A couple of days later, just call him or IM him (or however you communicate) and be casual, like “Hey, what’s up, my mom’s getting on my nerves” or whatever you guys talked about before.
Believe me, it’s really hard and awkward for him. It’s been done to me, and I’ve done it to people. Give it time.
