Post: TaKe ThE rIsK - sCaRe YoUrSelF…

Hey,
Mkay.
So I’m doing GCSE History.
My teacher has arranged our GCSE class a trip to BERLIN, GERMANY.
When he said it, I thought to myself, “Nope, no way.”
Planes… *shivvverrrss*

Because my Nana and Grandad (who’s passed away) are Italian, we used to go to Italy alot to see relatives.
But now that we’ve got the dogs and stuff it’s just hard.
I haven’t been on a plane since I was about 5.
So I didn’t want to go.

But last night I was thinking about it and read the letter he’d sent us through again.
“This will deffo help the students in their GSCEs, it’s a great experience.”
I thought to myself, “Am I going to let a little fear get in the way of my success?”
Heeeeellll No.

I’m off to Berlin, baby!

The friends I’ve made in my History class are going, so it’s not like I’m going to be by myself.
I’m really close friends with them now so it’s all v. good.
I have to give my slip in tomorrow morning saying to reserve a place.
Today, the teacher told us their was only 3 places left.

Please, God, let me get a place.

I’m taking the risk - I’m scaring myself.
