Felt like someone was watching

watching.

but no one there

In this world on her own

she’s left alone

alone.

There’s a chocolate out there for everyone

and today

she met her chocolate

Hugs.

Hugs.

she hugs her chocolate

the warmth of a thousand suns

a thousand suns

equals

still solid chocolate

the feeling has turned to reality

she feels like someone is watching

watching.

she looks closer, and finds

jealousy staring her down.

she hugs her chocolate harder now

never wanting to let go

but evil eyes are all around her

planning.

planning to make their attack

lasors.

lasors.

their all over now,

pointing at her chocolate

melting in her arms

her chocolate slips away

dripping.

dripping.

splashing.

hitting the floor.

could be the tears of this heartbroken chic.

Thanx for reading! I actually wrote this yesterday, i was so inspired by my friend’s Free Verse poetry, i thought id write one myself. :) its kind of confusing, but not really, if you love poetry as much as i do. but ill still break it down for you :D

chocolate = the man of her dreams

her = me

the warmth of a thousand suns

“a thousand suns

equals

still solid chocolate” = in destructive love, invincible love

and i guess the rest.. pretty much explains it self.. but if you still dont get it ask me!

and dont worry.. Free Verse Poetry is a lot difficult then others.. :)
